Refund Policy

Stubby Mulletz proudly stand behind the guarantee of meeting customer expectations. But if you identify any problems with it, depending on the type of problem we can either refund or replace your stubby mullet. 

If a refund is warranted (major fault) we will repay any money you paid once goods are returned to Stubby Mulletz HQ. Once goods are received we will issue a full refund (excl. shipping costs). 

If a replacement is warranted (minor fault) Stubby Mulletz will replace the product ordered in the same way as the original product. 

You are not entitled to a return or refund if situations where you:
(1) change your mind,
(2) ordered the wrong product,
(3) found the product cheaper elsewhere,
(4) were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product,
(5) damaged the product by misusing it, 
(6) the fault is the result of wear and tear.
